Je prends le temps de souligner le service exceptionnel reçu le 18 mars 2025 à la succursale sur Hymus à Pointe-Claire. Je venais de heurter un nid de poule et ma roue avant était déformée, laissant échapper l'air. Un remorqueur qui passait par là m'a suggéré de me rendre immédiatement chez Pneus Unik tout près. Une fois au garage, six employés dont un responsable (Philippe) se sont activés autour de ma voiture, 5 minutes avant la fermeture. On aurait dit un "pit stop" en formule 1! 🏁 -Retire la roue! -Donne-moi la pioche! -Vérifie la pression! -Vérifie l'autre roue! -Balance! Si vous heurtez un nid de poule, assurez-vous de faire réparer immédiatement, sinon le pneu pourrait se dégonfler et être à remplacer si vous roulez avec (et possiblement aussi le pneu de l'autre côté pour assurer un roulement sécuritaire). Un bon service à la clientèle amène ou fidélise la clientèle. Alors un grand merci à PNEUS UNIK sur le boulevard Hymus à Pointe-Claire!

Been going here 20+ years. Never once felt taken advantage of, quality mechanics and good service never had one complaint.

They did my water pump/timing belt and everything was as they said. Compared their prices to 2 other garages and got the same price or more. These guys know their stuff

Amazing service and honest. The owner is very nice. I had done my front suspension recently and it was making a bit of noise after. They checked it right away, fixed my squeaky clutch and I was on my way. Fair prices, quick work and very reliable.

After going to a garage 3 times in Hawkesbury, Ontario where I was told that there was nothing wrong, my Dad told me to try these guys in Dorval. With no appointment they fit me in at the end of the day. Where other garages told me everything was fine when I heard a clunk, clunk, clunk, I was told that a tie rod was finished, along with a crack in my sway bar. After 2 days all the repairs were done, and my 2003 silverado ran like new. Straight to the point, honest, and professional, Patrick was a great help. No Canadaian Tire mechanics here. Finally a garage that knows their stuff. It was worth the 45 minute drive to Montreal. I will go back again with no hesitation.

I was in the Tim Hortons just adjacent to this Garage. I had my accessories on in the car for a long period of time and my battery discharged and was not able to start the car. I walked over to Groupe Unik and a young man was sitting outside one of the garage doors. I asked if he can boost me and he grabbed portable booster, walked over and boosted me. I offered to pay for coffee for the team and he graciously refused and stated he was glad to help. That made my day. Kudos to the team at Pneu Groupe Unik.

Pneus Unik takes care of my older model Infiniti Q45. I store my tires with them and have them change my tires and do any mechanics I need. This spring, finally allowed to bring my car in. They called me and told me my tires were bald. They had put that on my invoice from the previous year. Andre found new tires for me on sale. tires this size, in VR rating, are normally expensive. Not only was the price decent, but the tires came with a mail in rebate. Also, my exhaust system was rusted out . No one could find parts. I ended up taking a chance on ebay and found the parts myself. They installed them without issue (phew). I only had to bring the parts in. This saved me a lot of cash. They did have a custom solution in case I could not find parts. My car drives well with their service, brakes, suspension, etc. I trust them and they are nice folks too.

Had wheel aligned here. Great service, fast and good customer service. Speedy was asking me to do 1000$ car repair before a 80$ alignement. They did it here and told me no repairs was needed.

Our company has used Pneu Unik for about 5 years, always had good service. Patrick is very honest, and I never have to worry that they are padding the estimate, as some other mechanics do. You can always rely on their assessment. We buy not only tires for our fleet from them, but also get the mechanical work done on our vehicles. Very pleased to give them a recommendation. They saved me $500 on a recent repair; another garage had given me a much higher estimate and we went with them and the work was professionally done, and with a quick turnaround time, as always.

This garage can do all kinds of repairs, including wheel alignments. You'll get honest, frank assessments of the repairs needed, usually within a couple of hours. The cost is competitive. These guys are pros.

Je viens de faire faire un changement d'huile chez Pneu Unik. Je suis enchanté par leur service. Le mécanicien était très sympathique et très attentionné. Il à vérifier la pression des pneus, les niveaux des liquides et l'état des freins. Il a même nettoyé mon filtre à air K&N et retiré une barre haute performance que j'avais fait installée mais que j'avais endommagée il y a quelques jours. Donc pleins d'attentions sans frais supplémentaires au changement d'huile. Facture totale: 35$ incluant filtre à huile et huile synthétique. Le mécano à même trouvé un fond de bouteille d'huile sur son atelier pour faire le dernier 1/4 de litre qui manquait en plus des 4 litres qu'il avait déjà mis dans le moteur. Ça fait déjà plusieurs fois que je fais affaire avec ce garage et je suis toujours très satisfais. Je le recommande chaudement, Martin Mazda2 2011
